U15 players,
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT and please pass to your players and have them go over this email if they do not receive it directly. The following exercise will help you as a player establish team standards and expectations. As always, the sum of the team is stronger than the one individual. Some of the discussion will be about last year but most of it will be about the upcoming year.
Click here to see Homework, print out, complete, and turn it in to me by 3/13/2012. I will than collect the information and assess the key points. We will than go over the assessment as a team and establish team results/standards during a team meeting about a week later.
There will be consequences if I do not receive this from you from reduced playing time to fitness work. Please let me know if you have any questions about the questionnaire, activity, or anything else.
